🤖 What Is AI, and Which Jobs Will It Replace?

At its simplest, AI is part of the process: it’s about automating your work. A lot of people think AI will take their job. My answer: if you’re AI-skilled, you’ll find good work easily. If you’re not, your problems are going to grow. 📈

Companies are automating tasks with AI, and the basic, repetitive jobs are the first to go:

• 🎬 Basic-level video editors
• ⌨️ Data entry jobs
• 💻 Entry-level programming
• 📊 Basic research and analyst roles

I’ve seen it in my own business. I let go of many basic content writers. Today one copywriter creates 60–80 pieces of content a day with AI across my sites in education, proxies, hosting and AI tools, and she proofreads everything. We’ve set rules for the AI: nothing controversial, no invalid data points or stats. 📝

A friend of mine cut his large team down to a small core by building AI agents for content and email outreach in about six months, and now I’m learning from him. 🤯

🛠️ The AI Tools I Use Every Day

Asad asked me for the best tool in each category. Here’s my stack:

• ✍️ Claude for scripts and deep research: give it your Instagram link and ask for 30 days of scripts, and it returns hooks, sequences, even where to pause
• ✂️ Submagic and Castmagic to turn long podcasts into short reels with B-rolls, and auto-post them to Instagram, X and Facebook
• 🖼️ Genspark for thumbnails, using its image models plus a competitor’s thumbnail as a style reference
• 🎙️ ElevenLabs for voice, around $30–40 a month
• 🧑‍💼 HeyGen for my AI avatar, around $80 a month
• 🎥 Higgsfield for AI images and video, around $200–300 a month depending on credits

💡 My money-saving hack: check AppSumo daily for lifetime deals on AI tools. It’s like a warehouse of AI tools, and it’s saved me a lot of money. 💸

Free vs paid? Free versions have limits, like a few images or queries a day and then a wait. If you want fast, quality output, spend the ₹500–1,000 on the paid version. ⚡

Another tip: AI tools often agree with 70–80% of what you say. In ChatGPT’s personalization settings, paste a prompt telling it to challenge you and give honest feedback, and the quality of your content will improve a lot. 🎯

⚠️ Don’t Trust AI Blindly

AI is trained on huge amounts of internet data, and sometimes it gets things wrong. Many people use it like a doctor, but its advice isn’t always right. Always double-check facts yourself and consult a real professional, especially for health. 🩺

I also think the biggest impact of AI on humans will be loneliness. AI girlfriend apps and AI influencers are already making serious money. Human connection will drop, and after a while I think people will realise they need real human interaction again. 💭

🤝 How Creators Land AI Brand Deals

Brands now email me to promote their AI tools, offering around ₹1–1.5 lakh per deal depending on engagement and reach. Bigger creators charge ₹3–8 lakh for a single reel like “Top 5 AI tools to automate your content”. 🎬

If brands aren’t coming to you yet, go to them:

• 📧 Reach out by email and on the platforms where their team is active, like X and Facebook
• 🤖 Use AI to write your proposals and outreach emails
• 📊 Reach out to about 100 AI tools in your niche, and in my experience 4–5 will sponsor you

To negotiate higher fees, keep a case study ready: “I promoted your competitor, and here are the sign-ups they got.” At the start you’ll have no data, so do barter or free deals first, like I did. Offer extras like sharing the reel on LinkedIn and Facebook, and when I’m stuck on a reply, I upload a screenshot of the client’s message to AI and ask it to help me respond. 💬

Inbound leads almost always close. Outbound has lower odds, but deals still close. 🔑

🏢 How to Start an AI Agency

I see three big business opportunities in AI:

• 🚀 Build AI products and pitch them at startup events or private communities to raise funds
• ⚙️ AI automation agencies that fix a company’s bottlenecks, with clients paying every month
• 🔍 AI SEO: helping brands show up when people ask ChatGPT and other LLMs for recommendations, by building credibility and authority across the internet

I recently started an AI creative agency with a partner who’s an expert in image and video creation. I bring clients who need AI; he handles operations. Step one is to define your niche. Then go where the clients are: I sent him to the Super AI event in Singapore and coached him on networking. 🎯

In India, I think AI content creation for founders is the big gap. Founders don’t have time to record reels daily, so an AI avatar can create content on their behalf. Clothing brands can use AI models instead of hiring real ones. With good clients, I think you can make ₹2–5 lakh a month, and much more with international clients. Can’t travel? Start on Upwork or Fiverr. You’ll start at ₹5,000–10,000 per project, but once you build reviews and trust, you can charge much more. ⭐

💰 My Best Month: ₹30–35 Lakh Profit

Asad asked the big question: my highest month? Around ₹30–35 lakh in profit, through affiliate marketing. 💰

I’ve been in this field for more than 10 years. I studied engineering under family pressure, hated programming, and learned SEO at my first job. For the full story, read how I earn 6 figures in affiliate marketing. 📖

Events changed my game:

• 🇭🇰 2015, Hong Kong: my first international event. I saw people making money selling premium domain names, bought a few, and made about ₹1 lakh profit
• 🇹🇭 2016, Affiliate World Asia in Thailand: a man showed me about ₹1 crore a month in profit from weight-loss and hair-loss offers on Facebook ads. I was shocked
• 🇺🇸 2025, a premium US event: I invested around ₹20–25 lakh to be in a room of 60–70 CXOs and decision-makers, and earned around ₹1 crore in profit from the clients and deals it led to

At that US event I met Mike, a big product launcher whose product I had promoted as an affiliate in 2021–22. He told me to add an AI angle to my product. We launched it and did over ₹1 crore in revenue, then I sold the product to him. He also hired 4–5 people from my company and pays me monthly. 🤝

My networking hack: when I meet a potential client, I take a selfie and send it to them on WhatsApp or email right away, with a one-line tagline like “I can help you with AI automation”. They meet hundreds of people, and the photo makes them remember me. 📸

🎓 What 18–25 Year Olds Should Learn First

Start free. YouTube has plenty of AI teaching, and AI companies themselves offer free courses on prompting. Follow two or three AI experts you like, and buy a course only when you have funds. 📚

In my opinion, a degree has little value without AI skills. Add your AI skills to your resume: which tools you’ve explored and what problems you solved with them. 📝

If you only have a laptop and internet: learn the basics of AI in a field you’re interested in, like video editing, and post your work on Instagram. I started a new page recently, and after around 100 videos, brand deals and agency outreach are already coming in. 📱

And choose your friend circle wisely. You’re the average of the five people you hang out with. My friends and I run a private group where we test new AI tools together. If you’re shy, join online communities. But get out of the house and go to AI events: when you meet 100 people, your mind opens up. My first events gave me the confidence I didn’t have. 🌍

🔮 If I Started From Zero, Here’s What I’d Do in 90 Days

I’d go into AI content creation. I’d create as much content with AI as I can and share it on Facebook, Instagram and everywhere else, because someone will always see it and reach out. 🎥

It’s already happening for me: someone saw one of my reels, and paid me $200 for a podcast shoot when I visit the US. My proposal? Written with AI. 🤑

To become a trusted AI expert, share AI news and tool use cases daily for the next 365 days. Show people what a tool does and how the right prompt changes the result. You can even post through your AI avatar. People will start trusting you as an expert. 🙌

My goal for the next five years is around ₹100 crore in profit after taxes. If you adopt AI properly into your processes, I think big numbers are achievable. The right time is now. If you don’t act now, you’ll fall behind in the AI race. 🏁
