Maksim’s goal is to make the platform better for affiliates. He manages 30+ people across three teams in different fields. 🛠️
One team creates promo materials like banners, landing pages and videos. Affiliates just send a technical task. 🎨
The most requested work is custom development, like tracker integrations, plus maintenance, because downtime is costly and the reputational risk is high. ⚙️
✨ The Platform Redesign and Faster Payouts
PIN-UP redesigned its affiliate platform with better UX and UI. As I said, UX matters for affiliates’ trust. ✨
They also improved the financial system so affiliate managers can make payouts faster. Affiliates get the tools, promo materials and good rates they need to start easily. 💸

Every quarter, the team has a list of tasks. At the end, they review what went well and what went wrong, and discuss it so they don’t repeat mistakes. 🔁
