I met him at SurgeConf 2016 India and thanks to SurgeConf for this amazing event. I had talk with Mitch about DigitalOcean expansion plans in India and I was really impressed by his vision for India. He told me that is planning to open data center in India. I also gave feedback about DigitalOcean referral program which I particularly dont like it.
