AWSummit had been in the industry for over 10 years. That year, it expected about 3,000 people in Bucharest and a more exclusive networking event in Ibiza capped at roughly 800–1,000. 🎪
As a speaker at AWSummit Romania 2022, I was impressed by the branding for speakers. Cristina says that besides partners, they value their speakers a lot. 🎤

😊 Kindness and Positivity in Business
Cristina values a kind heart more than physical appearance. Her tip: smile at everyone, known or not, because sometimes that’s all someone needs to start a business with you. 😊
